Commercial painting, at small-business scale.
We take the commercial jobs that small-business operators actually ask for: single-location spaces under 10,000 sq ft, after-hours windows, low-VOC systems for occupied rooms, and a named owner on site from walk-through to punch list.
We're the right commercial painter for small teams and single-location operations.
Most commercial painting calls we take come from the same kind of customer: a small-business owner with one location, a short list of rooms or a storefront to refresh, a budget that needs to hold, and a schedule that can't afford to close the doors. That's the work we're built for. Jonathan walks every commercial job himself — estimate, prep, spray day, punch list — and our crew stays small enough to actually know your space by day two.
There's work we don't take, and we'll say it up front. We don't chase new-construction GC subcontracting. We don't run multi-site national-account rollouts. We don't bid jobs where we'd never meet the people living with the finish. What we do: local small businesses, medical and dental offices, retail interiors, law firms, restaurants, studios, and light-industrial spaces. Commercial work done the same way we do residential — carefully, in person, and finished to a line.
Four steps, built around your schedule.

Three things most commercial painters won't give you.
Owner on Site
Jonathan walks every commercial job himself — estimate to punch list. You get the person whose name is on the truck, not a project manager two calls removed. Decisions get made on-site, same day, with the owner in the room.
After-Hours Available
Evenings, weekends, and overnight windows are standard. We build the schedule around your operating hours so your team isn't working around ours. Retail, medical, and office clients routinely open the next morning to a finished space.
2-Year Written Warranty
Every commercial job is backed by a 2-year written warranty on workmanship and finish. It's in your estimate — not a verbal add-on. If something fails inside that window on work we painted, we come back and make it right.
Jonathan painted our dental practice over three weekends — we never closed a single appointment. The walls look cleaner than the day we moved in.
What operators ask us before they book.
What kinds of commercial jobs do you take?
Small-business commercial work under roughly 10,000 square feet — offices, retail interiors, medical and dental offices, law firms, restaurants, studios, and light-industrial spaces. We don't take new-construction GC subcontracting or multi-site national-account rollouts. Single-location small businesses are our lane, and Jonathan walks every one of them personally.
Do you work after business hours?
Yes — evenings, weekends, and overnight windows are standard for commercial work. Most of our office, retail, and medical jobs run after-hours so the space is ready for your team and customers the next morning. Tell us your operating hours and we'll build the schedule around them.
Can you paint while we're still operating?
Yes. For occupied spaces we use low-VOC paint systems, zone off the active work area, and can run an air scrubber to keep airborne particulate out of the rest of your space. Most medical and office clients stay open through the job with only the active room offline at any given time — not the whole building.
Do you handle HOA or commercial-strip approvals?
Yes. For retail strips, HOA-governed commercial buildings, and multi-tenant centers, we handle color approvals, property-management sign-offs, and insurance certificates as part of the estimate. If there's a paperwork trail your building requires, we run it — that's part of the job, not an add-on.
Commercial painting that doesn't interrupt your business.
